This week we have been talking about maps, map keys, map titles, and compass rose in Social Studies.  We will be going into more detail about maps as the year progresses.

The  skill we talked about this week:

SPI:3.3.03 Demonstrate how to identify and locate major physical and political features on globes and maps.

Friday:

We watched a segment on maps on Brainpopjr. This segment covered all the topics we discussed in social studies.
